At this point in Fred's treatments the lumps are hardly visible! The low-dose radiation treatments will continue for three more sessions. So far there have not been any lasting side effects from the radiation, no burning, no loss of hair, no nausea, and for this we are so very thankful.
As one year ends and a new year begins, we certainly are glad to be walking through this life with Jesus beside us each step of the way! We thank each of you for your love and support in prayer and encouragement. Trusting the Lord will bless you! Please continue to be prayerful for all those who are enduring the heartache of separation and all who cry out to the Lord in need. We are so thankful that He hears every prayer and plea!

Happy New Year dear friends! You have been in my thoughts so much today as the year ends and a new one begins. May you continue to feel the Lord's lead in the year to come!

Happy New Year Fred and Brenda! Sounds like the treatments are going pretty good for you Fred. So very glad to hear it and may they continue that way. You're missing our sub-zero frigid freezing winter blast up here :-) brrrr... As always, take care and God Bless.

Just a note to remind you both that we are praying for both of you. May you feel His nearness. Praising Him for the progress so far. Love you

Dear Fred:
ReplyDeleteHad lunch with Rita and Marv and they updated me on your situation and forwarded the blog to me. Want you to know that Laura and I will pray for you as you continue your treatment.

Fred and Brenda,
ReplyDeleteThinking of you many times - everyday and saying many prayers for you. We are thankful to hear of the good progress and hope for God's miracle of healing.
I think you will need your long underwear if you are able to return home next week sometime! It is cooold here! About -7 this am! and we are supposed to get some snow on Wednesday. The snow really crunches when you walk or drive on it.
We also think of all the others who are there at Rubio Center - I'm sure you are a comfort and a light to them - give them our prayers.
Take care and we'll keep you in our prayers.
Love, Carol and Jerry
